Starter Solenoid

Hi, I've a 1966 2000 sc (D suffix) and I need to replace the starter solenoid. The existing solenoid is located behind the passenger side front headlights. I have a replacement part but my question is - how do I remove / replace the solenoid? Do I need to remove the front wing? Or the grill and headlights? I can see the solenoid but can't get at the screws.

You take the grill off. The headlight bucket in front of the solenoid is attached with screws, so you can remove it and gain access to the solenoid (the other three buckets are riveted in). The solenoid will be held on by two 7/16” bolts.
