So you forgot the vaseline, or the engine was not started all winter, or you mistakenly simply changed both filter and oil at the same time? Anyway there is oil in the sump, but it does not get to the pump!
Here is the easy remedy, only needs a helping hand and an air compressor:
Filler cap off, air nozzle down there, the usual oily rag and and helper´s hand on top. Let in air. Do not care about leaks, you neither need nor want no more than some 0,02 bar (0,3 psi) to lift the oil 4-6 inches..
Start engine. After a few seconds you have oil pressure.
Mission done!
