Rover workshop "hours" book...

Rover issued a dealership book which contained suggested workshop times for certain maintenance; eg: clutch replacement, 4.5 hours... Rear shocks replacement: 1.5 hours, etc.
What is the book called and how easy is it to get?
What does the book suggest as "hours" for an engine/ gearbox replacement ( ie: old engine/gearbox out, new engine/gearbox in ( ? )

I like that one John. I've got the ICME book which lists most task times for most models, and covers most of the common jobs with their times for all the P6 variants, as well as the P5B, but that looks to contain everything if that's just one page.
If you ever needed proof that the times were nice and generous check out the 21 minutes you get for changing an engine breather filter on a V8..... :LOL:
 
According to the gent whose business painted my n/s panels, there is also a book from Rover, of which he has a copy, that details potential problems with the cars. It provides information on where to look and what to do in order to rectify the problem.

Took me about 4 hours to do one last time... so probably not far wrong for me! :) Will strip it down tomorrow morning and put it back together on sunday!
