Alternatively, fit an electric fan, either a big one or two smaller ones. Probably cheaper and easier than getting parts fabricated/machined with the additional benefit of not losing power driving a fan.I took a 3900 block from a 1995 land Rover and had it rebuilt. It dropped right in and it fitted exactly to the transmission bell housing. We used the front cover and the flywheel and the oil pump from the original engine so the pulleys for the alternator and power steering pump would work. I can give you the number of a US water pump that will bolt right on, but you will have to engineer a fan mounting, or get a special tip welded to the shaft.

Same block, different timing cases. Mix and match.
Hi Ivan I think you’re based in Northern Ireland? I have a 25D engine block in my 3500S P6. That’s Range Rover EFI 1986. So as has been said it defo fits with P6 timing cover and oil pump on mine. I know your a long way from me but I do have a spare working P6 complete 3500 9.35:1 engine from a 1976 auto with heads timing cover oil pump. Was running ok it’s not seized or anything but of course likely do with refresh rings camshaft etc. Anyway am sure you could get one nearer to home but if not PM me I only want small money for it!
