Rover P6 Solid Roof (1974 Series II V8 Auto)

You are welcome to drive mine with the a/c on . It still pulls off school boys in BMW's at the lights

That's how I ended up cutting my crankshaft in half between cylinders 2 & 3 :( - I had discovered that it would do 60MPH in 1st at 6000RPM. But the engine was already tired and had previously been worked on by an imbecile before I bought the car. No.2 main cap came loose and that was that. Old Crank 3.jpgOld Crank 2.jpgOld Crank 1.jpg

I made an album! Just a few snippets of what I have been doing inside my home while going mad during the unfortunate unpleasantness of 2020 and 2021.

My new engine which is mostly assembled and will be going in this summer has 10.5:1 pistons, everything was ported all the way to the carbs, a viper typhoon cam from real steel (480thou lift with little overlap), studded bottom end, custom farimacobbled partial trap door sump, higher capacity oil pump with fabrimacobbled T304 stainless pump face plate, adjustable push rods and a crank that is still in one piece! :D

This is a really fascinating thread, but my curiosity is threatening to be overwhelming: have you actually got a roof sorted yet?

He probably wanted to be taken for a walk.

Some of these junkies are extremely annoying. You never know what they're going to do. Unfortunately asylums don't seem to be a thing anymore. Society doesn't work if you have a load of mentally deficient peeps ruining it for the rest of us.

The ones who sit in the phone boxes at the end of the road, heating their teaspoon casserole and settling into a night of catatonia while sat it a puddle of human waste. Those are at least quiet. Plus you know they won't be bothering anyone when the ambulance crews show up to take them out of the phone box.

For most "normal" people, such a morbid event can be disheartening. But since I'm a bit mad, I actually find it satisfying knowing they won't be back to urinate on people's front doors and whatnot. After all, they did it to themselves. :)
