For sale is my Rover 216 GTI 5 door in white with grey trim.
Registered in 1990, this car has been in the family since 1991 and has been very well looked after ever since. It has the reliable Honda DOHC series engine which has done 119,000 miles.
She is in great condition considering she is now 21 years old. The car runs perfectly and has no mechanical faults at all. I originally bought this Rover off my father-in-law who is an aircraft engineer and during his ownership of the car for 17 years, the oil was changed every 5000 miles. We have continued to do this since my ownership and the engine runs smooth and responsively.
Cosmetically there are a couple of marks as illustrated as best I can in the pictures. Only a couple minor scuffs on the front bumper and a small bump on the rear bumper.
The interior is in great condition with no rips to the half leather interior. Stitching on top of rear seat has come away slightly (approx. 1inch). Carpets front and rear are in excellent condition.
At its last MOT it had 4 new tyres - so lots of tread as shown in the pictures.
