Rover 213s, very low mileage 1985

Hi all,
My aunt will shortly have for sale her late father-in-laws blue Rover 213s. It is a 1985 model with very low genuine mileage of 27k.
It has been stored off road and dryunder covers and has had the engine turned regularly; it starts first time. I believe it was owned from new and it has a full file of paperwork.
As it has been off road there is no MOT, however on visual inspection it looks in good condition, though there are a few aesthetic rust repairs these are minor and not obvious. The main body looks great, as does the interior. No rust to wheel arches and the trims look fine.
It does need a wash, and I can post pics once clean.
Only issue is that I have no idea how to value
it, as it was only taken off the road to store and isn’t a jalopy!
Can anyone help with a tentative, ballpark value range for a 213s in this condition?
Thanks.

They used to go for a few hundred but who knows these days! Probably a grand with an MOT, though could get a little more if you get someone keen on getting a "Bucket" car (from "Keeping up Appearances", they had two of them during the programme's run). Auto or manual? The Auto was a strange semi-auto previously seen in the Acclaim and was a Honda unit, unusual to work but worked OK, it had an overdrive!
