Can I ask why you need to replace it? In my experience of Lucas dizzys there is a screw under the rotor button that holds the points cam on the shaft - may not need mto be removed if the plate will fit over the cam. Then there are 2 or 3 small screws holding the plate onto the dizzy body. Assumes you have disconnected the vacuum advance rod, if fitted.
