Rear Windscreen Adjusters

Hi folks,

I suspect they are, but could anyone confirm whether the rear windscreen adjustment mounts and support are interchangeable on the drivers and passenger side?

I want to have a pair re manufactured in 316 S/S, but just need to ensure they are the same.

According to my parts catalogue they are the same part number both sides

Just so I'm not re-inventing the wheel is anyone familiar with an off the shelf replacement part? I have seen the threaded section with the platform remanufactured in S/S.

Phil do they list the platform (feel free to chime in with the correct term also) as a separately available part?

This is the page I looked at.

The numbers in brackets are per car, so 2 retaining brackets (367142), 2 mounting plates (363703), 2 sealing washers (369212) and associated screws, washers and nuts.

Would you or any others happen to know what material the gasket 369212 is made of; I'd say replicating it would be far easier than sourcing one NOS.
