Rear seat belts

Good evening peeps, I'm about to pick up my first P6 next week and it's a 67 2000 SC and has no rear belts and my grandson would love yo come out with my but daughter won't let him unless he's secure, seen a few on ebay but which are the best ones to look for don't want cheap ones but can't afford expensive ones. Help needed

If they are not going to be used often, static belts are probably suitable and less costly than reel inertia belts. Wins has 2 point belts for approximately £25 and 3 point belts for approximately £35 plus VAT and shipping (if necessary). I picked up a set of the 3 point belts and was satisfied with the quality. In my case, seldom is anyone sitting in the rear seats, especially with the limited foot space behind my seat.

Buy new belts as they actually have a quite limited shelf life. I strongly suggest inertia reals as I've had head on prang in a mini at 45mph with the fixed type done up tight and I still broke four ribs...The fastening points should already be in the chassis albeit under the rear dash cover and seat cushions

Hope you healed OK n thanks for advice

i have them in my recently purchased P6. I don't really intend on keeping them. If you really want them, they are yours. Come and take a look. It will cost you 2 beers.

I found Securon belts in the rear problematic. Because of the knob on one end they are almost impossible to fit straight on one side of the rear deck, and unless you pack them upwards the belt will run against the seat back top. packing them up will not be a good strong mount. Hemco down here do a reverse wound retractable belt which is a much better result - the belt feeds off the top of the reel, and is less likely rub on the seat back.
