Quarter panel/side decker panel fittings info

Currently almost at the end of stripping my car down for rebuild. Removed the outside panel (the one that sits behind the quarterlight window on the rear door and above the front of the rear wing) from the right hand side of the car no problem. However on the other side I have a seized screw. The screw is one of a set of three that can be seen when you open the door and look into the door aperture. My attempts at knocking the screw round wd 40 etc have failed. Because just this one screw is stuck I can move the panel about to get to the the back of it. I have managed to get a pair of grips onto the fitment the screw goes into, a kind of clip. I had hoped to be able to remove the panel by just sacrificing just the screw as Mark Gray sells them, however I don't rate the fitment the screw goes into chances of survival to be anything above zero to be fair. Assuming this to be the case does anyone on here know what that fitment is called (part number?) Does anyone know where I can get one. If not can anyone recommend a modern replacement, and again where can i get one? If not does anyone on here have one they are prepared to sell me, as always, thanks in advance for any help

It’s a 10-32 screw, 5/8” long. The captive nut is part number 364175. Substitues are commonly available, and in a pinch I’m sure I can find you a genuine one from one of the boxes of fasteners inthe shelter.

Yours
Vern
