probate clearance

Just thought this may be of interest to you, i've visited this site and viewed the rovers listed. The first thing i should mention is that the pictures on the listing must have been taken a while ago as there has been quite alot of nettle/weeds/grass etc growth since the pictures which makes looking undermeath the cars quite difficult.
The brown rover 3500s although on the surface it looks to be in quite nice condition body quite straight and clean interior , chrome looks ok, cannot vouch for the engine etc as its not running at the moment or the inner sills etc but on the surface looks quite good. The car looks to be more or less complete. Would make a nice project.
The brown P6 with the green panels is a bit tired and tatty inside and out, chrome pitted, once again a non runner and as for underneath who knows. The car looks to be more or less complete, although i don't remember seeing the rear wing anywhere. Possible restore or spares.
The brown rover P4 is a shed, very rotten around the rear end big/large holes can be seen from inside the boot area on both sides, i managed to get the doors open to find the car full of hay, the leather is completely shot, door sills virtually non exsistant, from what i could see through the hay floors rotten, various bits and pieces missing including bits off the engine, no reg plates and could not see a vin tag although i don't know whether these had them or not, chrome if not badly pitted very rusty. In my opinion to far gone for economical restoration, apart from a few panels not much left worth saving.

I hope this isof help to some of you if viewing is a problem, i must point out this is just my opinion for what its worth :)
