Rover p6b restoration

You must have a steady hand to use a handheld visor. I need to use both hands to steady the torch when I'm welding.

Great work by the way. Been there and done that a few times.

My hands not to steady to be honest but my reactalight helmet, if that's how you say it broke the week before.
Bought a new one this week so back to two hands at the weekend.
The welding work is definitely more than I was expecting to do but once I got so far there was no return.
I think I'm probably about 70% done on the welding now.

Glad your enjoying it.
Is always hard to find time to do anything with work etc and more important stuff like restoring a p6.

If you're not going to use the electronic speedo transducer, I was asked for one recently and I couldn't supply, so if you want to sell, I can ask, and if he is still in need, put you in touch.

I have a mechanical one to go in so it will be up for grabs.
Ask away

Hi stue can you please slow down you are making me look very slow.
Like me you are finding a lot more rust than expected due to previous poor repairs.
I found four patches on top of each other on the near side rear sill.
Keep up all the good work and hope to see you and your car one day.
Paul

I wish I had more time to spend on it to be honest but try to do a bit once a week.
Your absolutely right there is some very poor previous repairs but seem to be getting on top of it now and will be worth it in the long run.
Good luck with yours too.
