P6 ON SHANNONS CLUB TV

Thanks
I posted it on Gallery.
Our car is featured tho the editing omits the fact that I've had it from new and apart from maintenance, two repaints and addition of electronic ignition and electric fuel pump it is a "survivor" rather than a restored car, for better or worse!
The filming, which took a whole morning, was a lot of fun last winter (June).
For some reason they didn't want me to say that I'd bought in London, driven it around Europe and then shipped it home from Israel though I believe it would have added to the story.

Thanks Mark

Have followed you with interest and envy, assumed you are in the UK, but given the Shannons post am now wondering whether you might have an Oz connection?

No Oz connection sorry. I signed up for Shannon's club notifications after reading one of their online reviews. They throw up some really good articles.

Seasons greetings from Blighty

And all the best for the festive season from down under.

Shannons really are excellent insurers committed to total quality for customers as well as supporting the club scene and running auctions.
It is now corporate owned but was started by the late Robert Shannon after he had difficulty (due to his young age) getting cover for his Mini Cooper. The people involved now carry on in his image.
