Night driving image

Our son works for the railways & is therefore still driving to & from work. Given his current obsession with BOP he has taken this P6 several times.

He's also a keen photographer (railways too!) & has some high-end camera gear which he set up (safely) in the back of BOP the other night:

The blue glow is from the 'modern' CD player, & the oil pressure gauge always reads 'max'.

I do like the picture - it's an angle I've not seen before

What headlamps do you have ? they look very white. Have you put LEDs in the whole dash ? Just trying to figure out if it is the bulbs, or the exposure that looks bright.

A trick of the camera I think!

The headlights are standard sealed beam with the inners not working at the moment...:(

Our son usually has the dash illumination on full, which I’m not a fan of but he’s used to a modern with its ‘Blackpool Illuminations’ ;)

Here's one that i prepared earlier. A good few years before actually, and using just a phone camera the result is not the best.

I've bypassed the dimmer in a couple of mine. Being a night driver I like good dash illumination too. I'll fit internal LED's at some point.

Nice photo, Robson Jr.
Obviously Demetris has the help of a beautiful assistant in the passenger seat to hold the mobile phone whilst he drives!

It all looks very confusing, doesn't it? Wrong driving side, wrong steering wheel side, wrong speed. :p
But the sum of all this is correct, and even the blurry result of the phone camera, makes it look rather more dramatic than the actual (rather relaxing...) experience.
