next (silly) question on sills

hi all, does anyone know what size bolts I need for the sills top row and bottom row pls. im assuming that they would be a standard size/ thread even if imperial. also what colour would the heads of been on black sills?

Duncan went to Margnors (our esteemed fixings place) recently to get the nescessary to fix newly painted sill overs on our our project 2000.

Here's what he bought (obviously with some spares).
