Very welcome! P4s must be VERY rare there? One of my early P4s was a 1950 75 with a 90 engine, P3 gearbox with overdrive, uprated front drum brakes. Did a 600mi interstate run once, not passed by a single other car.

Yes indeed they are pretty much non-existent here and the fella that I getting it from tought way ahead and bought a ton of parts and I'm serious I mean literally a ton thankfully. Going to be a fun unique ride and I'm kind of one of those type of hot roders that likes different unique types of cars so this one fits right in

If its got the long gear lever I remember it might take a bit of getting used to. Practice rocking the lever across the gate gently, from the wrist and it should go well. Assuming it has overdrive, I found it best to feather the throttle a little as you switch it in, smooth as glass.
Hope you enjoy it!

I will remember this when time comes and thank you. I'm still waiting on the car to arrive from Springfield Mo .
The old owner is putting it all back together and his mechanic is only a part time guy I'm guessing.but the little car sounds great and looks great.already have my body and paint man lined up with plans all ready to do what I want to do it.im going with the 2 tone paint scheme with a darker gray on the bottom and a light silver gray on top with a set of custom wheels. I just need to do some measurements on how big a tire and wheel I can go. Would love to have a set of wire wheels but not sure it's doable.will ketp the group updated

We will need PICTURES! Please....Wire wheels and hubs were available on the 4 cyl P6s only. Watch out for alloy doors, hood, trunk, although there was a change to steel late in the P4 production.
