New Member
New list of free stuff as the old list was getting a bit scrambled of what i had..
******COLLECTION ONLY******
Only PM on this site..If u e mail me direct please say where you saw the stuff from and who you are.As I get other people e mail me for bits every day for other cars as well.As I do run a recovery buisness and get enquires all the time for other things..and this is the only list thats free for rover P6 owners as they are bits from my private collection not buisness..

2x light switch
1xlight switch panel.

1x front clear windowscreens reasonable condition.


1X sundym rear screens
lots of side glass
chrome bits near the gutter and front/rear windows/door strips
5xbrake servos look ok.(dunno condition but they r free)
1xclutch master cylinders
1x clutch slave cyl.(same as early metro or a series mini)


******COLLECTION ONLY*******
ALL THE BITS ARE LOCATED BETWEEN DISS AND BURY ST EDMUNDS EAST ANGLIA...or I can deliver near ipswich or felixstowe if in the area...
All the above are the free stuff I need to have a clear out as I need the space
I will edit and add to the list as I clear out the other shed or break any more rovers.

Just noticed the ref to rover 800 parts. When you've got a stock list let me know, I'm always after 800 bits, and there's a good yahoo 800 group who would also be interested.
 
Dont suppose theres a KV6 amongst those 800 bits?
I think martin is looking for a wrecked block to take measurments with.

yeah ok was going to join all the groups i have bits for as soon as i had sorted the bits out..will be a name along what i have now

JC::A kv6 is the later V6 block..???or is it the early block??
 
later the better really i guess. The 800 KV6 engines are really badly designed HGF are very common.
Have you got later engines say from a rover 75 or an MG ZT working and complete? ... you mentioned you have a recovery business so i thought id ask the question! :p
 
I havent got any v6 rover blocks at all as most of my scrap blocks or even the good ones go off to a reconditioner I know.
the late rover 75 blocks are diffrent (but only slightly) to the v6 fitted to late rover 800 cars.
I did have a very good low milage v6 but its now gone in project a maestro van :D
 
D'ya think you could give me the heads up if you happen to get a scrap block?
Its only needed for measurments at this stage.
 
yeah i will do..have put a sticky up on office wall about a rover v6 front wheel drive block or engine..

to a lot of people emailing me about bits sorry i havent got back to a few.As due to a bit of a fire in the storage yard a month back things have only just started to get back to normal....no free bits for a while.......

??????which 1..i got 7 or 8 p6s about at the moment....did u mean the estate or are u the man who e mailed the other day about a clutch cylinder?
 
the only sheel left now thats salvageable is a 1969 2000sc auto thats got a fair bit of rust in the floorpan....The rust free one was 1 of them that went up in smoke :(
I have got others but at the moment they all have got smoke damage or ash on them..I am slowly getting round to clearing up the mess..I lost several cars and 2 lorrys and am trying to get everything back up and running again.

No worries if not available as only just bought car and needs other parts so accept can take a long time to find.

I think you would be better off posting in the 'wanted' section, especially since the author of this topic hasn't been on the site since 2008!
