DUE TO A CLOSE FAMILY MEMBER WHO IS GRAVELY ILL IN HOSPITAL, WE ARE CURRENTLY STRUGGLING TO KEEP UP WITH COMMUNICATIONS BOTH PHONE AND MORESO EMAIL. ALSO THE DISPATCH OF SOME ORDERS HAVE SUFFERED, ESPECIALLY THE IN-HOUSE REFURBISHED PARTS, eg Calipers, Servos etc. UNFORTUNATELY OUR PROBLEMS ARE EXACERBATED BY THE 70 MILE ROUND TRIP TO THE HOSIPTAL AND EXTENDED VISITING HOURS. We are however endeavouring to dispatch all orders as PROMPTLY as we possibly can but we please ask for your patience during these very trying times.

Does that mean you'll be refunding the people who have paid and been chasing orders for weeks?
