so what are you doing this Christmas? I just had my son and daughter over for a big Christmas buffet, my son and his missus had Covid 2 weeks ago:eek: but thankfully came through it mild and were with us at the buffet no worries, then we went down the River (photos! o_O ), so what are you doing?

Merry Christmas to you too! Glad everyone is ok and you've had a good time. My Rover will not emerge from the barn until the Spring but will probably get its monthly start up and few feet of movement in the next few days. Now if it actually snows then that's an excuse to put the bells on the harness and go for a sled ride - no proper sleigh, unfortunately, just a sled for hauling timber but the grandchildren enjoy clambering on it anyway.

A good friend's mother is British. Her birthday is Dec. 19th. Each year on her birthday Rover Wash.jpg we pick her up in my Rover and take her to her favorite restaurant, and, then for a ride in the country. She enjoys riding in a car that she knew so well long ago.

I questioned whether or not to post this, because, unfortunately, my friend's mom passed away, very unexpectedly, just last week. However, the lady had such a lovely, positive spirit that we carried on with the tradition in her honor, as a memorium to her. May be our last. The car runs incredibly well. No problems at all.

Hi, I can't reveal all my secrets. ;)

All my friends and family know to leave me alone because I'm an introvert (an old grump) and refuse to be jolly. Bliss.

I might go out for a run in the Land Rover.
