intake manifold outlet fitting

on my V8 (74) series 2 theres a metal coolant out flange/pipe outlet with 2 small screws holding it to rear of inlet manifold. I have small weep due to corrosion and new rubber pipe and clip has slowed but can't eliminate and getting about a half cup of loss of coolant each outing pooling in valley area near belle housing end ( slopes that way) can't seem to find item on sale but might be using wrong search criteria. Was told these are available for landrover defender V8 (rover engines) but cant find part number or correct 'name' for a supplier to order from. Anybody have information leading to a replacement would be ideal. many thanks anybody giving a pointer here.

There are two different sizes for this fitting, with two different hoses to match

The last one you show is Land/range Rover, but the P6B has two different sizes.

thats what it looks like. wasn't aware so expensive ! might make my own instead but thanks for assistance.

If you are looking for a get you by fix.

You could try one of these.

Weld a new pipe on.
Repair it using epoxy putty.
Use a sealant with the hose.
Put a heat shrink sleeve the pipe on either with or without sealant.
