Hi from Australia

Welcome! Thats not a 75, its at least a 90 - grille, high sidelights and tell tales. Higher boot line, 3 piece rear window.
This is a 50 model 75, with a 90 grille added - note the very different guards.

hi, it was purchased as 1952 75 but the young owner was not sure. After speaking to a very experienced Rover owner on FB Group he informed me it is a 1959 75 and i tend to believe that as he has many of these cars and knows what he is talking about but for Registration purposes perhaps more research will have to be done to make sure exactly what model it is. I bought the car unseen and will be with me on Monday so can do a proper check when it arrives and see if we can get to the bottom of it,. Pic of it leaving the old owner this morning

As soon as you have it, post the chassis and engine numbers, that will enable a definitive dating.

Chassis no is on a plate in a door jamb. Engine no should be on a flat surface above the water pump.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Whereabouts are you in Australia?

I know that you will enjoy your time here!
