Looks a very car tidy to start with. What’s on the list to repair and restore?
Also, welcome to the forum!

Hi, Top of the list sorting the clutch and recommitting engine, getting running, then the major job is the roof, its in a bad way. Will need to get someone advice on the way to go, the the bodywork later. Problem is finding mechanics that know these old engines, but it'll be fun.

Hi,
Its not the sun roof that is the problem, is in good nick, its the roof itself that is very rusty.

Hi,
Thanks,
Shows how little I know, that's why I'll get people in to do the big jobs. But that's great news because I'm not a fan of sun roof these cars it spoils the curves of car, Just my taste, And have had a view owner asking to buy the sun roof. See how it goes, its early days.

It's a bit pf a palaver, but the whole panel unbolts and can be replaced with a new one. You will need a new headlining as well, and that's going to be a bit rare.

I have a headliner in good condition. The headliner is from a 3500 Series 2 Unfortunately I'm from Germany, but I'm visiting the Autojumble this year in September, so I can bring it with me. If it is interesting for you I will take some pictures.
Greetings Bernd
