Hi, I'm another newbie joining your ranks.

I bought a '72 P6 2000 Auto in the early summer (time of year rather than weather conditions) and have been generally wafting about and trying to sort it out. Its a complete shed to look at but has only 43K on the clock (probably wrong but makes me feel good) the interior is in good knick and its surprisingly solid. I bought it with an MOT and some free TAX although I can't belive it'll pass another MOT that is now looming. I've been working on the front brakes, servicing the engine, electrics and silly little jobs. Loads to do including steering, suspension, sort the iffy fuel system, oh and the biggy.........................sort the body out.

Picy things....

Welcome aboard!

You'll find plenty of encouragement on here..and advice where needed. Use the search and uncover a mine of useful information.

Great to see another P6 saved and getting the TLC it deserves..well done!

Cheers,

Stan

Welcome, interesting collection of panels you've got there !

As long as they're all solid it's not the biggest job in the world to spray a P6, in fact it's quite easy to do a panel at a time yourself, and get half decent results.

Good luck !

Doesn't look a complete shed to me just a little tatty round the edges, you should see some of the scrap I've had over the years

Regards Colin
