hazard lights

Stupid question time; I'm coming to the end of my restoration of my series 1967 2000 tc and was wondering if hazard lights would have been fitted to this model and year can't find a switch or knob for one, try to keep it original as possible.

They were an option on series one cars but really rare.

Probably more common on USA cars but I suspect the warning light and switch are generic Lucas parts so it could be done, just the plastic labels would be your biggest problem.

I believe that they were standard on export models for the german market too.
The labels can be created by scanning and modifying the similar labels for the light switches.
In this way i made new labels for the A/C control switches that match the rest of the round switch labels in the series 1 switch rail.

See my post of 17/12/2014 in this section for useful advice - from other members - on this subject. I still have not yet started, blame the waether.
