Exhaust manifold gaskets

just replacing my exhaust manifolds as they weren't very good .just need advice on which type gaskets are best

They don't use gaskets.

Right how about downpipe to manifold

They don't have anything either, I've never even put any sealer on them, the olive in the end of the downpipe just seals in the manifold on its own.

Once both surfaces are clean you can just put a thin smear of grease over the manifold joint face.
