excaust pipe rover 3500S steel.

Hi there, enjoy nice wether.

Ik do search for a excaust and a badge, nieuwe type rover. pipe dimenstions of the dempers are 46mm and the flares
are on end 56 mm. so this is small bore? I do not yet use stainless steel I have a set dempeners here in fine condition.

The excaust is complete here except the front pipe and is a rover S type manual, maybe someone has a used one
who can be sent to NL, if this is possible and costs are4 not uge, but also maybe here are people who now
where to go or have a drawn with numbers and measurements so I can let make such a front pipe who is already
needed to do sometimes.

Because wether get very nice, we go to work further on it.

Please let me now, I try to keep costs manageble that is needed byn this one.

Hi Kees. You could consider removing the part that you need and getting a local exhaust shop to fabricate a match in mild steel...a drawing for a tube with curvature in two or more planes in unlikely to be helpful. Cheapest way may be to remove what you have and repair it, if you have a MIG or TIG set and a little bit of sheet steel. Need not be pretty or fancy.

I ran my old Chevy wagon with a "soup tin and radiator hose clamps" repair on the header down pipe on one side for many years...admittedly I had to change the can once in that time. I did that because I knew I would struggle to undo the aged exhaust manifold bolts. Worked fine.

Great that you're having some fine weather to inspire you to get out and repair your car.

PS For dempener in English we use the term silencer; in US they use the term muffler.

Im have no pipe anymore, was already gone, I have order a compleet new one from JR wadhams,, and some more stuff, I have only paypal and no creditcard, so wait for the it, will be very soon. With new I can go on.

The back elbows are some cracking at the lower connection to the arm, I did see some did weld a extra metal for more rigid connection.
