Don't you just love it when.....

a complete stranger comes up to you and tells you how nice your car looks. :) Took the dog for her walk and when I was about to get in the car this lady came up to take about the 'Soup Dragon'. "I've always loved these, fell in love with them the day they first came out" she told me. Also said how nice the Rover looked and "well done for looking after her".

:D

Everytime i go out in the car i can garrantee somebody will complement me "on such a loverly car" :D
I went to fill up yesterday and was approached by a bunch of young lads on bicycles who were obviously impressed by the "whats that do","Whats this for" "why's there a wheel on the boot",.... kids

TBH, I could talk about Hermione to anyone who will listen

Next door's gardener wandered round yesterday as he saw Sparky cruise by.

His dad had one a few years ago and he always loved the P6.

I couldn't get rid of him

I love it though.

The only problem I get with it is this. When you are trying to pull out of a junction, you can gauge the speed of the traffic on the main road and pull out into a gap. BUT, because some of them slow down to gaze at Sparky it messes up the sequence. So I am ready to pull out but the car I am waiting for is slowing down which means my estimation is out and also the gap behind him which I was going to pull out into, has shrunk.

I think we'll all like that. :)

In the summer as I 'wafted' home in the Soup Dragon there was a mum and her children and one the kids, could not been more than 6 years old, shouted "look a Rover!". Guess he's dad must be a Rover fan, start them young!
