Yes. Dual line brakes were certainly on the North American models (NADA) and quite possibly for models exported to some European countries. Not sure about those exported to the Middle East and Japan, but at a guess I dare say they likely had them too.
I am sure I recall seeing a Rover locally (think it was 4 pot) with twin boosters. Not sure what sort of brake design that one would have had. Harvey will certainly know!

None of my 4cyl P6s had dual circuit brakes. They do not get mentioned in my 4cyl parts book 606128.
More to the OP's question, every car I have had with disc brakes has had a booster. My V8 has a single booster on a single line system - only one outlet line on the booster.
