I am just getting going on this again

The idea is to make a dragster type custom that looks and sounds like the Black impala on Supernatural but with a bit more British reserve

This rather aggressive looking thing has been on ebay for most of the year so I made an offer and now it's mine

I could just go out and buy a small block chevy V8, but this has a gen IV L99 - 6.2L with 400bhp in stock trim and easy to tune to much more.
With this, I have the engine, gearbox, radiator, starter, ECU, wiring loom, propshaft, nice pair of bucket seats, wheels, and possibly a lot more.
So, next job is to finish stripping the Cresta, and take it to the dippers, then weld what's left into a Cresta shape, fit a roll cage and the engine/gearbox, plus something a bit beefy at the back end. A 9" ford axle would be ideal, but I do have a spare jag back end which will fit nicely (hopeful).
This'll be fun
