These are the major components of an EFI set-up that could be fitted to any Rover V8 engine without major modification. It features a 72mm throttle butterfly, considerably larger than standard. The trumpets have been modified, and the ports massaged. It is one of a numbered limited edition of special Range Rover P38s created by the famed American tuning shop of Reeves Callaway, whose name is proudly emblazoned twice atop the fast throttle plenum body.
There used to be a chap on here with the user name 'TwinPlenum' who stuffed the similar dual butterfly set-up from a Vitesse SD1 into his Paprika P6. He had to make a hole in the bonnet, which was nicely covered up by a NADA 3500S long bonnet scoop. IIRC he used Megasquirt to control it. So this Callaway item could definitely be made to fit a hot rod P6 V8, where it would provide increased torque and horsepower.
I'm offering it to you chaps first before I put it up for auction elsewhere. Make me a sensible offer by private message. More detail photos available on request. What you see is what you get. No warranty or guarantee, private sale. Who's up for it?
