I am going to be breaking my 2200tc over the next few weeks. The base unit has terminal rust so sadly beyond economic repair.

I am going to be keeping some parts which will fit my V8 but engine if there is anything you are looking for send me a PM.

Car is in the Glasgow area.

Hi Colin

What's the interior like please? I'm maybe looking to replace the nice orange velour in my 3500s

I'm in Linlithgow so fairly close. I'm also hoping to the go to SARR next Sunday

Thanks

Simon

The interior is black box pleat leather. but it is pretty shot, dry and various tears. The drivers seat stitching has rotted so the sections have come apart.

I have a few people interest in the carb/linkages so they are spoken for.

I will be keeping the car running and roll until it is moved to a friends yard over the next few weeks.

Panels are perfect coming for USA, but keeping them either for my v8 or spares. Sorry

finally gettng round to breaking the car.

Have a decent engine looking for a new home and other parts. will be looking to move/break the shell soon though.

Thats should be ok.

Send me a PM (conversation) with your address and I will see what the postage will be.

I am now getting into the stripping and looking to getting all the usable parts off.

The engine is still available.

The dashboard shelf and top and in a reasonable condition.

If anyone is looking for them before the shell goes to the crusher let me know.

I have been stripping out the wiring loom.

Found the dashboard shelf is pretty reasonable condition if any one has a wavey one the want to replace.

Dash top is ok too. Found a £1 coin and 2 two pence coins behind the dash nice little bonus :)

I am going to remove the pedal box over the weekend.

I am just about done stripping the useable parts from the 2200tc.

hopefully the shell will be going away soon so any final requests let me know.

I have :
decent 4cyl front valance,
rear top links which are fitted with Jrw bush in great condition.
front brake discs which were new locheed items they could do with a skim having been left standing having done only a few hundred miles.
manual pedal box
various other items

got most of the bits of the car and will be hoping to get the shell collected this week so last chance for parts.

as i have taken the diff off th car i have been pondering how to keep the car rolling. decided to weld the hubs to the trailing arms and brace it. should be enough to roll down the driveway to a truck.

some of the rust is pretty bad, even bits you wouldnt have thought.
