Brake master - V8 vs 4cyl ?

Is it a fair bet that as the overhaul kits are the same part no (605164) that these 2 m/cyls are the same, despite being different part nos - GEC307 vs 560105 (Girling type)? Or maybe GEC303 for the 4 cyl? Both 7/8" bore?
 
Hi, It's probably the reservoir that differentiates them, integral as opposed to remote.
