auto to manual conversion SD1

Hi guys
I have fitted a 2600 SD1 engine and borgwarner 66 gearbox into my Bristol 406

but now want to convert to a manual 5 speed box

I have purchased a box and appropriate bell housing

clearly I will need a clutch pedal, what else will I need and any specific issues I should look out for

Master cylinder, slave and pipe, flywheel, complete clutch, release arm and pivot, spigot bearing.
You may have to alter the propshaft length.
I may think of more later......
Only thing I can think of is if the pivot didn't come from a 2600 box there are various lengths.
