When I bought my 1976 2200tc it came with lots of books and manuals. Amongst these was an original rover 2000 workshop manual. Written on the inside cover are a chassis no and an engine no. Inside there was also the original receipt for the manual, dated 9th Jan 1967 provided by James Gibbon automobile engineers, Townhead, Glasgow.
Wondering if the id numbers might be for a current members car?
