A day to remember

I had the opportunity to spend half a day with James Elliot , Chief editor of Octane Magazine, Gary Axon PR Head at Goodwood and Raoul San Giorgi, Senior Consultant to the Louwman Museum in the Netherlands . They were in Malta acting as Judges in the Valletta Concours D'Elegance and had some hours to spare the day after the event and wished to visit the Malta classic Car Museum. I offered to take them and I picked them up with the Rover which they appreciated. In fact James Elliot on twitter described it as "Among the best airport taxis ever" !
The museum owner/curator, Carol Galea, was kind enough to let me park the car in the museum itself instead of out in the street. The photos attached show the car in the museum with the automotive VIPs as well a s a photo taken by James Elliot and posted on Twitter.

Lovely car sir. I'm not surprised they let you park it in the museum, it is a worthy exhibit. A VIP6, in fact. If I ever make it to Malta, will you pick me up from the airport in it!?

That must have been a memorable experience! Just back from a lovely tour of Scotland with Rover P6 group. The Glasgow Museum of Transport allowed the group to pose at their entrance.
