The best factory heads for the Rover V8.
Complete with valves and springs etc but I’d planned to machine and replace with larger valves and use roller rockers on new shafts.
From memory I cleaned up the valve throat castings, just smoothing, no major material removal. So they should perform extra well with the standard valves.
