    Wheres the BW65 drain plug

Thanks guys. Job done. New filter and gaskets. Not as bad as i imagined. Done the engine oil same time. As its an mgb, getting to the filters awkward. Removed the alternator and hamered the screw driver through it. No school like the old school.

    4 barell CFM range

I done the maths. Cubic centimetes x max revs x 80 ÷ 3456 = apparently i need a 300 cfm carb. The 80 is based on 80% of something. Based on a standard set up engine. I have looked atthe sniper and it learns your driving style and self tunes. This may be the option. I will do some...

    4 barell CFM range

Good day. I have a 3.5 v8 150hp engine. I plan on a new 4 barell set up. Not decided on holley or edlebrock yet. Although the holley sniper is looking good. Does anyone know what the requored CFM would be for a carb for this engi.e? Thanks

The car was built in 88. I also understamd it was a crate engine. So i can only assume its an 88ish engine.

Ok so long or short. What is the difference on the engine. Also. How do identify the engine type. Is there a chance of a long one hitting a piston.

Hi from me. New member. V8 mgb

Hi all. Thanks for having me. I have a 73 MGB GT 3.5 v8. The car was built to order in 88 my Dr. Miriam Stoppard. Unusual at the time i guess. She was very specific about the spec of the car. One of these requirements was a V8 with what is a borg warner BW65 box. I have to change the oil in it...
