These spacers may help - they have the benefit of using the car's original studs to secure them and the new studs suit the wheels fitted. I have a set on my V8 Grand Cherokee and the widen the stance nicely (1" spacers for 2" extra track)

How do you plan to do the ignition? Timing 3 distributors would be a nightmare! My thoughts would be to use a distributorless ignition system (DIS). The timing reference can be taken from one engine and then used to fire multiple coil packs to ensure that all are in synch.
