Amazing. Thank you Peter. That would explain why I couldn’t find the regulator! I’ve got the new alternator fitted, so I’ll give it a go in the morning and hopefully it all goes well.

I have a 1976 P6b 3500 auto. Recently have been advised to replace the alternator. New one arrived from repco and it has an internal voltage regulator. I’ve more or less figured out the new wiring for it, but cannot for the life of me find the old external regulator. I saw someone with a 1970 P6...
