    P6 time clock repair

Also meant to add, I removed the 3 nuts that hold the back section of the clock which is the wind up mechanism to get at the little L shaped ratchet catch thingy.

    P6 time clock repair

Seen an old thread on repairing the clock on the P6 earlier. The repair mainly was about re soldering a connection which was ok on mine. Found the issue how ever, my clock was disconnected by previous owner and the reason was it was constantly trying to re-wind but the little ratchet catch was...

    Hello from Ireland

Most thing needs doing is the suspension, axles, links etc need cleaning and painting...

    Hello from Ireland

Tobacco pop?? Is that the colour ? The mirrors were vertical when I picked it up, they look better in the horizontal pic but to be honest, far more effective upright, gets a better field of vision. The inside rear view mirror is a miniature shrunken glass type, everything looks tiny in it, just...

    Hello from Ireland

Thanks for accepting me, I’m just after getting my hands on a 1969 P6 3500 V8 and love it. Looking forward to doing a few jobs during the winter but for now, loving the rumble of the V8 when we are out cruising with the vintage lads
