Seems to be the way with parts these days. Everything is built down to a low price, not up to a high standard. Unless you can buy genuine, most of the aftermarket stuff is crap.

The one on the left is correct, the one on the right is wrong.

Change came with the safety interior mirror. Early and late are interchangeable, providing you fit the matching mirror and mounting plate with the sun visors IIRC
