The story goes on ;-) The ball heads of the adjustable rods are much larger than original. This means that the rod cannot float in the oil pressure of the bearing shell! :LOL: wtf .... it's not 100% quiet the way we want it to be I'll take the good old shims now...

I fixed this by improving the notches and hammering in missing ones so that the shells sat tightly.

The cause has been found. The shells/cups with the oil hole for the pushrods were partly loose. The things were new. Some had only 2 grains. Now it runs nice and quiet again Thank you for your support

That should be the problem. The holes of the levers are not on the holes of the shaft

The tip with the rocker arm shaft is good, I'll check that today.
