The ball heads of the adjustable rods are much larger than original. This means that the rod cannot float in the oil pressure of the bearing shell!

The cause has been found. The shells/cups with the oil hole for the pushrods were partly loose. The things were new. Some had only 2 grains.
Now it runs nice and quiet again
