hopefully a few rovers at show ;) wonder if any other members going there Sunday ? lest hope for a nice day. not been to this show as I normally. visit in November .

I am, and with both P6 clubs there it's guaranteed there's be at least a few of them, can't speak for the rest, though!

I'll be putting in an appearance, as I'm a member of several clubs displaying this weekend.

def coming Sunday bought my ticket :) will try and drop by all rover stands . say hi if folk want to chat.. ( they are sometimes too busy with others so I carry on) feel guilty didn't get to rover sports register meet at Enfield :(. granddaughter dropped by ( aged 5) so that trumps me playing with big boys toys !

My favourite was the base, first time I've seen it like that though makes me wonder what mine's like under it's "skin"! Much nicer show as well, not the crowds of the Classic show so easier to see things and talk, we'll be giving the Classic show a miss next year but going to the Resto show again.

probably miss NEC for next year or so. though rest one very different form Novembers. still a few local ones to visit and even take car along .:) ploughs corner soon and if decent weather will def see a few rovers among hundreds of other makes.

I tend to only go these days if I'm offered a free ticket.. and then get there as early as possible and just spend a few hours wandering around.

assume your talking NEC show! I did win a pair of tickets once and promptly gave them away thinking 'no chance' and bought own! sigh bad timing . been too NEC. a number of times and at nearly a 3 hour drive and costs parking and admission it's hard to justify. Plough corner though is run by a local club and has free entry if you bring a car or motorbike build before 2000. plus 1 passenger . all others have to pay entry fee of £4 . has hundred cars . traders.kids mini fair. charity stalls etc and even had a steam engine there :) . other than that I try and visit the Enfield Pageant every year :) always on a Sunday .

nice .local knowledge Hobby? good tip. maybe we can all suggest tips eg where to park? as well as the normal "how to fix..."

Although it was local knowledge (I work on the railways!) if you bought your ticket on the 'net via the Resto Show's website and checked out the car parking it did suggest it!!
