Oil pressure gauge. Plus instrument panel

Can anyone out there tell me when they fitted the ammeter/oil pressure gauge on the series 2 p6 v8 when the oil pressure gauge showed a red and green segment. Seen them on the internet but for left hand drive cars. Would that fit a right hand drive car as it would nicely balance out the temperature gauge.
Is there a filler piece which goes above the instrument panel and the dash.

Left / Right hand drive oil /amp meters different, not sure if they fitted the oil gauge with red segment on early UK series 2 cars.
My dad's April 71 car has the normal white gauge.
My NADA has the red segment one but that's LHD.

Must be a NADA thing. I have a LHD dash to fit and the gauge is identical to the RHD i.e. no red segment.
