My 2200SC has a problem restarting when hot. If I stop and restart it straight away it's fine, but if I wait a little while (say 10-20 minutes) and then try, it won't start at all. I then have to wait an hour or so until it will fire again. The problem is not really apparent in cold weather...

What wheel are those on that Rover? Were they a standard P6 option?

I don't think it matters - I have a LHD imported car (not my Rover) that shows only km/h and no mph at all and it has an MoT no problem. In fact I don't think you need a speedo at all for the MoT. My brother's Volvo 480 went for several years without a working speedo, as to repair it would...
