Lots more parts bolted on since my last update. Starting to come together now

It appears to be. I did put a spacer as recommended behind the slave but have had the car running and it feels good

Still been getting on with the rover but progress been slow while trying to cut down my spares hoard and selling my 2000tc. More flatting and buffing though. All the doors are built up now too. That was a slow going process but did get a little easier once I'd done a couple

Hard to explain but you could see there wasn't going to be enough travel by the amount the lever moved

It's the longer one. I mistakenly fitted the short one first and had to split the engine and box again.

More buffing and have started with building the doors back up.

First time I've done it that way and to be honest I found it easier getting rid of the old paint.

Everything painted now Have now started to flat and buff before fitting a few bits on the bootlid.

Everything either painted now or in primer. Have a week off work from Friday so hopefully get Everything painted in lovely almond.

Still been plodding along repairing where necessary. Now only have the front and rear valances left to strip and prime. Everything else is either painted or in primer.

More stripping and priming

Stripped the paint off the offside doors and treated any surface rust with vatcan rust treatment. Will sand back next week then etch prime followed by high build primer.

Only a tiny bit but the epoxy then white high build primer filled it fine.

Started on the doors now tackling the roughest one first.

It's coming along nicely and yes using jawel 2 pack
