Hi o knowledgable ones my 67 2000SC has electric fan fitted and noticed the old fan on the engine has been removed would it be better to put one back in as well as the electric one, sorry if dim question

Where best to buy front pads I thought it was just the cars not been driven much why a slight rubbing noise when braking but now think that must need pads and what type 1967 2000SC
