hi , thankyou ,all parts needed are in my caravan , ordering oversized pistons, . need a gasket set, , and other bitz n bobz then try and put the lump of metal iigsaw together again.:eek:.

then too be different , and cured a bit of bored time done this .... I know its not too everyones taste , and i can take a bit of critisism but i like it ;)

With the light on it , this block looks more white,. But i have painted it Duck egg blue ,, Need oversized pistons now, I took the cam from the origional Block , think were getting new followers .. Using Bertys origional head , can,t wait too get hi on the road again ;)..

i promise i,m a good un :D I just love landys, i have been rebuilding mine over the years, had a new galved chassis, props , petroltank ect, got him MOT,D then the engine was knocking , .. i was guided too drop the sump, check thr con-rod , bear in mind i didnt have a clue what any of these...

I best let you all know that I am a member of LRUK , they have been absoloutly amazing too me and Berty , there helped me get too where i,m at with the rebuild, I,m there 21st aniversary project, well not me but my landrover is( Dirty Berty ) , I,ve joined here as i just love the way landrover...

Hi all , glad too be on board . i,m a proud owner of my 1968 landy, i,m in the middle of rebuilding the engine ,enjoying the learning of it all and hopefully will get him on the road very soon . thanks for having me Jo
